I have long been a pen-and-paper enthusiast, which is part of why I called this website Analog Impulse. Way back in 2009, I began capturing some of my haiku and short poetry in its handwritten form. I enjoyed the results and people had fascinating responses to the imagery, so I kept it up.
The collection, which is available as a set on Flickr, contains about 300 images as I write this. The slideshow above is a short preview.
In 2011, I released a limited-edition book of reader-selected images called Natural Lines – handwritten verse. Though the hard copy of the book is no longer being sold, it is still available in PDF format upon polite request.
